K. Dawn Atkin, Esq.
Dawn is a partner in the law firm of Atkin & Associates. Her practice focuses exclusively on the representation of injured workers in the field of workers compensation and social security law. She has a broad range of experience with workers compensation claims including problems with pre-existing conditions, independent contractor issues and work at home injuries. Dawn received her B.F.A in metal sculpture before following in her parents’ footsteps by graduating from the University of Utah College of Law. She was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1993 and is an active member of the Workers’ Compensation Applicant Attorneys’ Association and the Injured Workers Association of Utah. She also serves on the Labor Commission's Workers Compensation Advisory Council.

Whenever she can slip away from the office, Dawn enjoys teaching high fire pottery classes, silver work and gardening.
