Atkin & Associates has been serving Utah for over 25 years. The firm was started by Gary E. Atkin with a focus in Personal Injury. His daughter,K. Dawn Atkin joined the firm in 1993 working exclusively in Utah Workers' Compensation for injured workers. The business grew quickly and it became apparent Atkin & Associates would need additional attorneys Marsha S. Atkin, Gary's wife, was an easy choice with her many years experience as a prosecutor. Soon thereafter, Kenneth E. Atkin, thier son, was able to join Atkin & Associates as a much needed asset.
